Embodied Movement Coaching is here to support you in all of your lifestyle and movement goals. These 55 minute 1:1 sessions are a perfect fit for anyone who is looking for individualized support as they move begin, or deepen, their movement journey. Whether your focus is in yoga, strength training, pilates, or simply maintaining an optimally functioning body, these 1:1 Sessions with Liz are customized for your unique needs, goals and anatomy. 

Movement Coaching is also great for those who are seeking support in their movement practices to ensure they are moving optimally and efficiently. Working with an experienced, knowledgable Movement Professional is particularly supportive if you have a new injury, are recovering from a surgery, and/or are returning from an extended movement hiatus.

Regardless of your unique Movement Story, our time together will ensure that you get back to moving with safety, knowledge and confidence. All of your sessions will be uniquely tailored to your body, your needs and your goals.
